About the Role As an Associate Inside Sales Manager at Edureka, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This is a high-impact role that requires excellent communication, sales acumen, and a passion for delivering value to customers in the fast-paced education technology space.

• Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain and update the calling/mailing database consistently.
• Conduct research on tools and strategies to identify and enhance sales opportunities.
• Contribute to refining and strengthening Edureka’s existing product offerings.
• Engage in regular follow-ups with new and existing customers to ensure engagement and closure.
• Desired Skills and Qualifications0–2 years of experience in inside sales/telesales in a B2C environment.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Previous experience in the Education industry or in selling software products/services is preferred.
• Motivated, target-driven, and a proactive go-getter with a keen attention to detail.
• Soft Skills Required Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• High levels of perseverance, motivation, and diligence.
