Role: Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview


The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to business leads, understanding basic requirements, and qualifying prospects for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities


Make outbound calls to assigned leads


Understand basic business needs


Explain services briefly (no pricing on first call)


Qualify and hand over interested leads to BDM


Maintain call notes and lead status


Skills Required


Good communication skills (English + local language)


Confidence on calls


Basic computer/CRM knowledge


Willingness to learn sales process
