Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM(Day shift)

Location: koramangala

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Receptionist & Inside Sales Executive to be the first point of contact at our gym. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, assist walk-in clients, and actively contribute to membership sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk / Reception Duties:

Greet and welcome members and visitors in a professional manner

Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and walk-ins

Maintain attendance records and visitor logs

Manage bookings, appointments, and class schedules

Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable

Inside Sales Responsibilities:

Explain gym membership plans, offers, and services to potential clients

Convert walk-in inquiries into memberships

Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email

Maintain and update customer database and CRM

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

0–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, calling, data entry)

Presentable personality with a positive attitude

Ability to handle customers and sales targets

Preferred Skills:

Sales-oriented mindset

Good convincing and negotiation skills

Interest in fitness and wellness industry

Salary: upto 25k + incentives
