Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales activities, engage with potential customers, and support revenue growth for Vivitron’s battery and energy product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical understanding of products, and the ability to convert leads into business.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound inquiries from website, WhatsApp, Justdial, and other lead sources
- Perform outbound calling to generate and qualify leads
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable battery / energy solutions
- Coordinate with field sales and technical teams for closures
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM / Google Sheets / AppSheet with accurate customer data
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Support marketing campaigns and lead conversion strategies
- Required Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of lithium batteries, chargers, EVs, or power backup systems
- Experience in tele-sales / inside sales / B2B sales preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or sales dashboards
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Preferred QualificationsDiploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Business / Marketing
- Experience in battery, solar, EV, or electronics industry
- Knowledge of technical product explanation and solution selling
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of leads converted to sales
