Job Title: Inside Sales ExecutiveCompany: Gubaacci Apparel Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Bangalore, JP Nagar 7th Phase

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales / Telesales / Customer Relationship role

Qualification: Minimum PUC (Pre-University Course)

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in inside sales, good communication skills, and familiarity with using Zoho CRM. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
  • Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in Zoho CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to management.
  • Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / CRM-based sales.
  • Proficiency in using Zoho CRM (mandatory).
  • Minimum qualification: PUC or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (both spoken and written).
  • Good telephone etiquette and persuasive communication ability.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet browsing).
