Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, communicate with customers, and convert inquiries into successful sales. The candidate will be responsible for explaining financial products, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through phone calls and follow-ups.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with field sales or processing teams when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

Requirements

• Minimum PUC / Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years experience in inside sales, telesales, or telecalling (freshers can also apply).
• Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
