Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller cum Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective customers, closing sales deals, and managing client relationships. This role blends tele-calling skills with sales management expertise to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business leads.

· Sales Conversion: Follow up with prospects, understand their needs, and close sales.

· Client Interaction: Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers to ensure client satisfaction and cross-sell opportunities.

· Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop strategies for increasing lead generation and improving sales conversion rates.

· Reporting: Track sales targets, prepare reports, and analyze sales performance for management review.

· Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Keep records of all customer interactions, manage the database, and ensure timely follow-ups.

· Problem-Solving: Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Skills & Qualifications:

· Experience: 0-2 years of experience in tele-calling and sales roles, preferably in real estate or similar industries.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).

· Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.

· Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships.

· CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and sales.

· Teamwork: Strong ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
