Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

Overview


The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities through remote communication channels. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting appropriate product or service solutions. The Inside Sales Specialist works closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to support business objectives and achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities


Proactively generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, social media, and other digital channels.


Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultations to prospective customers.


Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.


Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.


Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately update CRM systems.


Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.


Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and customer support teams to improve customer experience and increase conversion.


Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture warm leads.


Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.


Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as needed.


Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).


Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into sales opportunities.


Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).


Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
