Job Description
Sales Team Leader (Inside Sales):
π Location: Koramangala / HSR, Bangalore
π£ Language: Hindi & English (Mandatory)
π° Salary: Up to βΉ4 LPA + Incentives

π Working Days: 6 Days Working
Role OverviewWe are looking for a result-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and scale a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) in a fast-paced inside sales environment. You will initially work as an Individual Contributor (IC) to understand the product, sales process, and market, and then transition into a team leadership role based on performance.
This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, hands-on, and passionate about closing deals and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and training sessions
Support the team in closing high-value and strategic deals
Ensure CRM discipline (calls, follow-ups, updates, conversions)
Track and improve team KPIs (demos, follow-ups, onboarding, revenue)
Build strong client relationships to increase retention and upsell opportunities
Train team members on pitching, objection handling, and product positioning
Maintain team discipline, attendance, and motivation levels
Share regular performance insights and reports with management
Candidate Requirements:
β 2β5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales
β At least 1 year of team handling / mentoring experience
β Strong communication and sales closing skills
β Experience working with CRM tools
β Ability to work in a target-driven, high-pressure environment
β Fluent in Hindi & English (Mandatory)
β Immediate joiners preferred
Good to Have:
Experience in SaaS / CPaaS / EdTech / IT Services
Knowledge of sales frameworks (SPIN, Challenger, etc.)
