Job SummaryBethliving is looking for a skilled Installation & Service Engineer to handle installation, servicing, and after-sales support of our modular steel furniture and home interior solutions. The role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first attitude to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Execution

• Install Bethliving modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and interior solutions at customer sites as per drawings and specifications
• Ensure accurate alignment, finishing, and adherence to quality standards
• Coordinate with store teams, sales executives, and logistics for timely installations
• Travel to other cities as required for installations and site support

Service & After-Sales Support

• Attend service calls, complaints, and warranty issues promptly
• Diagnose problems, carry out repairs, replacements, or adjustments efficiently
• Maintain proper service records and closure reports

Quality & Safety

• Ensure installations meet Bethliving’s quality, safety, and durability standards
• Follow site safety norms and proper handling of tools and materials

Customer Interaction

• Explain product usage, care, and maintenance to customers post-installation
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive experience

Reporting & Coordination

• Update daily installation/service status to the reporting manager
• Coordinate with factory, vendors, and transport teams when required
• Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / ITI / Technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in installation or service roles (furniture, interiors, modular kitchens preferred)
• Knowledge of tools, fittings, hardware, and site work
• Ability to read basic technical drawings
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to other cities for installation and service work
