About the Role (Service to Sales – Direct Channel)
You’ll connect with existing Bharti AXA customers who took policies 8–10 years ago. Your job is to provide service, explain policy benefits, and offer suitable upgrades to meet their current financial goals.
What You’ll Do
Call and assist existing policyholders.
Understand their needs and suggest better coverage or plans.
Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly targets through service-based selling.
