Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and furnishings. This role requires end-to-end project ownership—from concept development to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects from initial concept through final execution, including design development, space planning, and detailing.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and lifestyle, translating them into design concepts and solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and project teams to ensure design excellence and timely delivery.
• Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor in alignment with client goals and project budget.
• Prepare mood boards, 3D renderings, presentation decks, and detailed working drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including budgets, timelines, and procurement processes.
• Conduct site visits and oversee installation to ensure quality and design intent are maintained.
• Stay current with trends in interior design, materials, and technologies.
• Will also be heading the department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in interior design, including leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end design work across various project types.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
• Excellent knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, and construction detailing.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Attention to detail and a deep understanding of design aesthetics and function.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• NCIDQ certification or equivalent.
• LEED or WELL accreditation.
• Experience working on international or luxury interior design projects.
• Familiarity with procurement, FF&E specification, and budget tracking tools.
