Interior Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with experience in Google SketchUp and Enscape to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong technical proficiency in design visualization tools. You will play a key role in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of interior design projects, ensuring high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other design professionals to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts, layouts, and spatial planning solutions.
• Use Google SketchUp to create 3D models, renderings, and detailed design plans.
• Utilize Enscape to produce high-quality, photorealistic visualizations and walkthroughs of design concepts to present to clients.
• Prepare mood boards, design presentations, and material samples for client approvals.
• Ensure that designs meet the client's vision while staying within budget and timeline constraints.
• Select and source furniture, materials, lighting, and other design elements.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay up to date with design trends, new software, and technological advancements in the industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Google SketchUp and Enscape (portfolio or samples of work required).
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other design software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
