Job Description

  • Core Requirements
  • Design & Conceptualization:
  • Develop unique design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes aligned with client visions.
  • Conduct spatial planning and layout optimization for luxury residential and functional commercial spaces.
  • Keep up-to-date with 2026 trends, including biophilic design and adaptive reuse.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced CAD/BIM: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for detailed technical drawings and construction sets.
  • 3D Visualization: Ability to create photorealistic renders using SketchUp + V-Ray/Lumion or 3ds Max.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, including electrical, plumbing, and false ceiling layouts.
  • Project & Site Management:
  • Vendor Coordination: Source and manage relationships with modular factories, carpenters, and specialized MEP contractors.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution matches the design intent and quality standards.
  • Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Create accurate cost estimates, material specifications, and project timelines.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Lead client presentations and feedback sessions with high professionalism.
  • Assist clients in material selection (tiles, veneers, hardware, and soft furnishings) at experience centers.
  • Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree: B.Des (Interior Design) or B.Arch is mandatory.
  • COA registration (for Architects) or membership in professional design bodies is a plus.
