Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site interior and furniture works, including Electrical, False ceiling, carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, cabinetry, upholstery, and fittings etc.,.

Understanding the customizations as per client requirements.

Have to automation comparison (Like image recognition)

Coordinate with contractors, designers, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of site activities.

Monitor the installation process of furniture and interior elements to ensure design intent and quality standards.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and material specifications.

Ensure site is clean compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Resolve on-site issues and report progress to project managers or designers.

Conduct quality checks and punch-list reviews before project handover.

Maintain records of site activities, material usage, and workforce deployment.

Coordinate delivery schedules, storage, and logistics of materials and furniture items.

Lead site meetings and briefings with subcontractors and tradespeople.
