Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at our interior and civil project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed on time, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with workers, vendors, and the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily on-site activities for interior and civil projects

Manage labor and ensure productivity on site

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers

Ensure proper execution of work as per drawings and specifications

Monitor material usage and prevent wastage

Maintain quality and safety standards at site

Report daily progress to management

Handle basic site documentation and reporting

Requirements:

1–5 years of experience in site supervision (interiors/civil preferred)

Basic knowledge of materials like plywood, laminates, veneer, tiles, marble, aluminum, etc.

Ability to read drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Must be proactive and responsible

Two-wheeler preferred for site visits
