Position:

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will oversee and manage the daily operations at construction sites for interior projects. Your role is critical in ensuring that all site activities are executed efficiently, safely, and within the project's timeline and budget. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality interior solutions.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring design specifications are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.

Site Inspections: regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.

Technical Supervision: Provide technical support and supervision to construction teams, ensuring adherence to design plans and standards.

Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients to address their concerns and provide updates on project progress.

Quality Control: Ensure high-quality workmanship by conducting quality checks and implementing corrective measures when necessary.

Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all workers.

Material Management: Oversee the procurement and management of materials, ensuring availability and proper use on-site.

Residential and Commercial Projects: Capable of handling both residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring successful completion across different types of projects.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and project documentation.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Carcass Works: Oversee and manage the carcass works of building projects, ensuring the structural framework is constructed to the highest standards.

Modular Construction: Plan, supervise, and manage modular construction projects, ensuring efficient assembly and installation of prefabricated modules.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: Proven 3 to 5 experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.

Prioritized Languages : English,Hindi

Salary: 5.4 LPA to 6.6 LPA

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials,legal regulations,Auto CAD and Excel.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
