Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, turning queries into raving fans with your fluent English and problem-solving prowess. Perfect for freshers or those with 0-2 years in voice processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls daily, resolving issues for US customers.
- Upsell and maintaining 95%+ customer satisfaction scores.
- Log interactions,escalate complex cases, and follow up for feedback.
- Adapt to US culture use casual, empathetic language like "No worries, I've got you!"
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Flawless US-accented English (verbal/written); basic computer skills (MS Office, typing 30+ WPM).
- graduate; night shift flexible (7 PM - 4 AM IST).
- Traits: Energetic, patient, target-driven; no prior experience needed we train you!
