Roles and Responsibilities:

 Make International outbound calls to promote product sales.

 New Business development through cold calling/outbound calls.

 Create, maintain, and update database/reports of prospects

 Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.

 Ensure customer follow-up all the time.

 Handle customer needs and requirements.

 Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.

 Assist and support sales head in handling customer requests and needs.
