Job Title: International Sales Executive (US Shift)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹27,000 CTC (For Freshers)

Shift Timing: 6:15 PM to 3:45 AM (Training: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Age Limit: Up to 29 Years

Transportation: Not Provided

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our International Sales Team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to international clients (mainly US), promoting our products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. If you are persuasive, proactive, and goal-oriented, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound international sales calls to prospective customers (US market).
• Promote and explain products to potential clients with confidence and clarity.
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through cold calling.
• Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Build and maintain a strong customer base.
• Ensure consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Support the sales team with customer requirements and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification: 10th / PUC / Any Degree (Any stream)
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to the US time zone.
• Fresher or experience up to 2 years in international calling/sales preferred.
