International Customer Support (US Process)Company: Accenture
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shifts: US Shifts (5 PM IST – 7 AM IST, rotational week-offs)
Experience: Experienced (7months to 3 years)
- CompensationExperienced: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 CTC (based on level & experience)
About the RoleAccenture is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Customer Support Team. This role involves interacting with US-based clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting performance benchmarks. Candidates must be flexible to work in night shifts and clear multiple screening rounds (including Versant – minimum score 58).
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
- Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and maintain strong call openings and closures.
- Support client’s hiring requirements by screening candidates and documenting outcomes in tools.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Adhere to client-specific guidelines, including US holiday schedules (as per Accenture discretion).
- Collaborate in a team-driven environment with flexibility for weekend shifts.
- Eligibility & Screening GuidelinesExperienced (0.6–3 years): Customer support/contact center background preferred. Undergraduates with 1+ years of relevant experience are also eligible.
- Mandatory: PF history from previous organizations.
- Must clear Versant Test with score ≥ 58.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Confident in call handling, introductions, and closures.
- Prior exposure to US contact centers is preferred.
- Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts & rotational workweeks (Mon–Fri, Tue–Sat, or Wed–Sun).
- Ability to handle pressure and client expectations.
- Technical adaptability to use call handling, CRM, and reporting tools.
