International Voice Process Agent

Mergen Infotech (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Process Associates for its International BPO operations. This role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to work in a permanent night shift. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle international customer interactions via calls, chats, or emails

Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

Follow company processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines

Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and attendance

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any graduate / undergraduate

Experience:

Freshers are welcome

International BPO experience is an added advantage

Language Skills:

English is mandatory

Top-notch verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Shift Details

Shift: Permanent Night Shift

Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Salary Package

Freshers: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month
