About the Role:We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our International Voice Process team in Bangalore. As a voice process executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and resolving issues over international calls, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally.
• Resolve queries and provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain call quality and customer service standards.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets.
• Requirements:Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2; graduates preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English is a must.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts (depending on process).
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in a BPO or call center is a plus.
