Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive International Business Development Executive to expand our global export presence beyond our existing markets. The candidate will identify and connect with new international distributors and importers to develop sales for our baby wipes, adult diapers, hygiene, and pet products. The role involves international calling, lead generation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new international markets for export growth.
• Connect with overseas distributors, wholesalers, and importers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term distribution partnerships.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms.
• Achieve international sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth export execution.
• Handle export documentation and follow up on payments.

Required Skills:

• Experience in International Sales / Export Business Development.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of export procedures and international trade.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Experience in FMCG / Hygiene / Baby Care / Personal Care industry preferred.

Qualification:

• Any Degree (MBA in International Business preferred).
• 2–5 years experience in international sales/export marketing.
