Responsibilities and Duties

·        Assist in baking cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, tarts, breads, and other desserts following recipes and quality standards.

·        Support with basic decoration tasks including buttercream, fondant, tart shells, and garnishing.

·        Learn and help prepare doughs, fillings, icings, and compotes.

·        Assist Head Decorator and team in daily cake decoration and finishing.

·        Maintain daily production logs and ensure accuracy in records.

·        Learn and practice cupcake piping techniques, creating dessert jars, and making macarons.

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.

·        Work as part of the team to meet daily bakery requirements.

What You Will Learn     

·        Professional baking and decorating techniques.

·        Cupcake piping, dessert jar assembly, and macaron making.

·        Alternate baking methods (Vegan, Keto, Gluten-free, Eggless).

·        Kitchen management, time management, and teamwork.

·        Exposure to high-volume bakery operations and corporate orders.

Requirements·     

   Completed / currently pursuing a Pastry or Baking course.

·           Passion for baking and willingness to learn.

·           Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

·            Must be punctual, dedicated, and a team player.
