Inventory Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive to manage stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure smooth material movement in our warehouse operations. The role is critical to ensuring availability of products, minimizing losses, and supporting efficient dispatch and storage.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all inward, outward, and in-stock inventory

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and tracking of inventory

Monitor stock levels and raise purchase or replenishment requests when required

Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, and shortages

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and dispatch teams

Ensure FIFO/FEFO processes are followed

Support periodic physical stock audits

Generate inventory and stock movement reports

Ensure compliance with warehouse and safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

1–4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management

Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management

Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (preferred)

Strong Excel and reporting skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Experience in FMCG, food, or retail warehouse operations

Ability to handle multiple SKUs

Strong coordination and communication skills
