Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Administrator to manage our company's information technology infrastructure and services. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our IT environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with managing online accounts, access control, and hardware, and is skilled in implementing IT policies and providing timely technical support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all online accounts and user access control for various company software and platforms
• Administer IT infrastructure payments and manage vendor relationships for IT services
• Provide front-line technical support, debugging, and resolving minor issues for all employees
• Develop and implement company-wide software and IT policies to ensure security and compliance
• Oversee the full lifecycle of company devices (laptops, desktops), including onboarding, configuration, and offboarding/purging
• Conduct regular internal audits of software license usage to ensure compliance
• Manage network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and security protocols
• Maintain an inventory of all IT assets and manage equipment procurement and disposal
• Educate employees on IT security best practices and policy adherence
