Job Overview

Mobi Trade is looking for an experienced IT Hardware Asset Management Manager who will manage and supervise IT hardware asset projects from corporate clients.

This role is mainly focused on team management, vendor coordination, and overall monitoring of asset management activities. The candidate will not be required to prepare detailed reports or handle physical disposal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming IT company leads related to hardware assets
• Manage and supervise internal team handling asset projects
• Coordinate with clients’ IT departments
• Monitor asset management process from start to handover
• Oversee vendor management and ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with e-waste regulations
• Check documentation and approvals before final processing
• Maintain smooth communication between client, team, and vendors

Mandatory Requirements

• 5–8 years experience in E-Waste Management / IT Asset Management industry
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware (servers, laptops, networking equipment, etc.)
• Experience in Vendor Management
• Experience handling corporate clients
• Leadership and team supervision experience

Work Details

• Working Days: 5 Days (Monday–Friday)
• Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
• Salary: ₹1.5 Lakh per month
