Role & responsibilities

• Must have good knowledge and basic experience in chip level Laptops & Desktops Hardware
• Must have good knowledge of laptops and computer hardware
• Should be able to troubleshoot the desktops & laptop problems
• Able to repair the faulty laptops parts
• Has good social and communication skills with broad technical knowledge
• Has a strong analytical mind, time management and organization skills
• Has a pragmatic attitude, is pro-active and has plenty of initiative
• Has a high sense of responsibility and dedication; can cope with stress
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
