About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the staffing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and business expansion. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about driving sales growth, understanding client needs, and delivering impactful staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify new clients through multiple outreach methods including networking, social media, cold calling, and professional platforms.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Onboard new clients efficiently by understanding their staffing requirements and coordinating with internal recruitment teams.
Maintain and update a structured database of clients, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.
Manage payment processes, including client billing and follow-ups, to ensure timely transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with suitable staffing and recruitment solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential market opportunities.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong ability to source and onboard new clients within the staffing and recruitment sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in database management and CRM tools.
Knowledge of payment processing, invoicing, and basic financial handling.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid onsite environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on results.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Sales, Business Development, or HR Management will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in a staffing agency or HR consulting firm.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
