IT Support Engineer

Job Description-We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, network troubleshooting, and system support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, end-user support, and CCTV systems.

• Key Responsibilities-Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications
• Manage user accounts, system access, and basic security policies
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and monitoring tools
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
• Handle IT asset management and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when required
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
• Required Skills & Knowledge-Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic Linux (preferred)
• Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting and support
• Experience with software installation, upgrades, and patches
• Knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, network devices)
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple support tickets
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Basic understanding of firewalls and network security
• IT certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus
