IT Support Executive

·      Looking for candidates who have good knowledge on IT support, with 1 to 2 years of experience.

·      Basic Networking (IP Address, Subnet Mask, SNMP, SMTP & RDP)

·      Basic knowledge with office and googles products 

·      Should able to create MIS report.

·      Configuration and backup knowledge with outlook and office 365, OS installation and backup

·      Configuration knowledge with multifunction printer, Scanner & plotter.

·      Candidates should be good in Active Directory, managing user accounts, Troubleshooting and Server, desktop, laptop & mobile devices.

·      Candidates should be able to travel within Bangalore. (30% travelling)

·      Candidates should be able to support customers problems (mfd printers and plotter) over phone and email and vendor / OEM management, coordination & negotiation 

·      Must be keen in upgrading & improving to recent & upcoming technologies and changes.

·      Ability to work independently will be an added advantage.
