Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Computer Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology and education, and capable of teaching computer science and digital literacy to students at various grade levels.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging computer science lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Teach basic to advanced computer skills including programming, digital tools, internet safety, and productivity software.
• Integrate technology into other subject areas where applicable.
• Encourage student participation through interactive and hands-on activities.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and support for improvement.
• Maintain the computer lab and ensure all systems are functioning properly.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and educational tools.
• Participate in school events, training programs, and staff meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification (preferred).
• Prior experience teaching computer science in a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of educational technology tools and programming languages.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
