Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, excellent interpersonal skills, and proven sales experience. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, understanding customer needs, and helping them make informed purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner

Present and explain features, quality, and pricing of jewellery pieces

Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the showroom

Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure resolution

Keep track of inventory and assist in stock management

Process billing and payments accurately

Coordinate with back-office and support teams for smooth operations

Stay updated on product knowledge, current trends, and market competitors

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (jewellery sales preferred)

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of South Indian languages is an advantage)

Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Presentable with a pleasant personality

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Basic computer knowledge for billing and stock entry

Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
