Job Description
Job Description Responsibilities
· Logistics Coordination: Managing shipments with freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
· Financial Accounting: Managing accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
· Tax & Compliance: Handling GST filing, TDS, and other tax compliances, particularly those related to imports/exports.
· MIS Reporting: Preparing daily/monthly MIS reports on cash flow, inventory, and shipment status.
· Export-Import Documentation: Handling shipping bills, bills of lading, airway bills, packing lists, invoices, and Certificates of Origin.
· Customs Clearance & Compliance: Coordinating with customs house agents (CHAs) to ensure timely clearance of shipments and adherence to international trade regulations.
· Trade Finance: Preparing and managing Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, and documents under UCPDC guidelines.
