Job Opportunity: Business Development Executive (Real Estate - Sales)

Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru

Salary: Fixed ₹15,000/month + Incentives

Shift: Day Shift (9.30 AM to 6 PM)

Work Mode: Office-based

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our expanding real estate team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for clients and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, identifying their needs and providing customized real estate solutions.

· Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.

· Offer expert advice on real estate trends, investment opportunities, and the legal aspects of transactions.

· Organize property viewings, handle negotiations, and manage documentation processes.

· Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and timely responses.

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

· Accurately document client interactions and transactions using CRM systems.

· Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is an advantage but not required.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
