Role Overview

We are looking for a Diploma/B.E Civil Engineer who wants real exposure in independent house construction.

In this role, you will understand how residential projects move from initial enquiry to on-site execution. You will assist in site visits, learn construction stages, and support coordination between clients and the project team.

Based on performance, you will gradually take on more responsibility in project coordination and client handling.

This role is suited for candidates who are serious about building a long-term career in residential construction and are willing to learn from the ground level.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand residential construction stages and overall project workflow

• Assist in coordinating and attending site visits

• Support enquiry tracking and basic project documentation

• Explain construction stages and material basics to clients (after training)

• Coordinate between office and site teams

• Support structured follow-ups under guidance

• Assist in clarifying basic cost and scope-related queries

Mandatory Requirements

• Diploma/B.E in Civil Engineering (Final Year / Freshers / 0–1 year experience)

• Strong interest in residential construction

• Ability to communicate clearly in Kannada (basic English required)

• Willing to work from office (Vidyaranyapura) and visit sites when required

• Long-term career interest in construction field

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Internship or basic exposure to site work

• Basic understanding of residential BOQ and rate analysis

• Basic understanding of quantity take-offs from drawings

Compensation

• Fixed salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
