1. Junior Jewellery Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Displaying jewellery in Display counter

• Communicating confidently with customers

• Assisting customers in product selection

• Packing and handling jewellery items safely

• Supporting senior sales staff during peak hours

Skills Preferred:

Good communication, pleasant personality, customer-friendly attitude

2. Office Manager (Junior Level)

Responsibilities:

• Handling basic office operations and coordination

• Managing vehicle maintenance and schedules

• Assisting with exhibition preparations and packing

• Training and grooming new freshers

• Supporting administrative and operational tasks

Skills Preferred:

Organized, responsible, leadership mindset

3. Hostess / Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers warmly and professionally

• Offering water and ensuring customer comfort

• Managing walk-ins and basic front desk duties

• Assisting customers with additional requirements

• Maintaining a welcoming showroom environment

Skills Preferred:

Polite communication, neat appearance, customer handling skills

4. Inventory Junior Executive

Responsibilities:

• Jewellery tagging and scanning

• Counting and verifying jewellery stock

• Quality checking of jewellery items

• Handling dispatch and inward entries

• Maintaining stock records accurately

Skills Preferred:

Attention to detail, responsibility, basic understanding of numbers

5. Inventory Tally Executive

Responsibilities:

• Tallying stock across all three showrooms

• Coordinating with inventory and sales teams

• Verifying daily and periodic stock reports

• Supporting audits and stock reconciliation

Skills Preferred:

Accuracy, patience, honesty, willingness to travel between branches

6. Computer / Jewellery Software Executive

Responsibilities:

• Jewellery pricing and estimation

• Learning and operating jewellery software

• Data entry related to stock and sales

• Assisting seniors with system-based tasks

Skills Preferred:

Basic computer knowledge, interest in learning software, numerical skills
