Junior Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Junior Architect to handle design and execution of all our brand stores, including new store openings and renovations across locations. The role involves end-to-end responsibility from concept design to final handover, including coordination with malls, vendors, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop store layouts and renovation concepts as per brand standards

Prepare and submit complete 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D visuals for mall approvals

Coordinate with mall authorities for design approvals and compliance requirements

Prepare BOQs and assist in finalising vendors and contractors

Execute projects through carpenters, electricians, fabricators, and other service providers on a turnkey basis

Supervise site execution to ensure quality, timelines, and cost control

Coordinate material procurement and installation

Handle snag lists and ensure smooth store handover

Manage multiple store projects (new and renovation) simultaneously

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture or Interior Design

1–3 years of experience in retail / commercial interior projects preferred

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max (or similar)

Basic knowledge of materials, lighting, and finishes

Good understanding of site execution

Ability to coordinate with malls, vendors, and internal teams

Strong communication and follow-up skills
