Job Summary:

Lead the design process, create innovative concepts, and manage teams for residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field

-1+years of experience in interior design (residential and commercial projects)

- Excellent creativity, artistic skills, and attention to detail

- Proficient in:

  - AutoCAD

  - SketchUp

  - Adobe Creative Suite

  - V-Ray (preferred)

- Strong knowledge of materials, colors, and finishes

- Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead design process for residential and commercial projects

- Create and present innovative interior design concepts

- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and preferences

- Develop detailed design plans (layouts, materials, finishes)

- Select and source furniture, fixtures, and materials

- Oversee design execution, ensuring quality and timelines

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors

- Manage and mentor junior designers

- Stay updated on industry trends
