Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Attend to customer walk-ins, address inquiries, and resolve basic customer issues. 
• Assist with KYC verification and documentation upkeep. 
• Provide information on various financial products offered by Muthoot Finance. 
• Loan Operations:
• Support the branch team in processing gold loan applications. 
• Conduct basic loan appraisals and valuation of gold items. 
• Assist in loan disbursal and collection processes. 
• Lead Generation:
• Actively prospect for new customers through outreach and marketing initiatives. 
• Participate in telemarketing campaigns to generate leads.
