Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer with a Diploma in Civil Engineering to join our SPLASH TEXTURES team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience by assisting in the planning, design, and execution of various interior projects, ensuring adherence to accuracy and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution: Visit construction sites supervise the site ready for SPLASH TEXTURE project execution activities.
• Quality Control & Safety: Conducting the live site supervision on the ongoing projects and making sure quality work is delivered
• Documentation & Reporting: Making sure Site is measured as per the requirement for project. Taking the BEFORE and AFTER images for the record documentation of the project
• Coordination and Collaboration: Liaise effectively with contractors, architects, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution and material delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution is required.
• Experience: 0–3 years of relevant site experience, preferably in building construction or infrastructure development. Internship experience is an advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Foundational knowledge of construction methods, materials science, and surveying techniques.
