Key Account Executive

Position Summary

• Manage medical appointment scheduling, report coordination, QC, and grievance handling for insurance & corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule & reschedule medical appointments.
• Update Show / No-Show status in system.
• Share daily Show / No-Show report with HO.
• Follow up with diagnostic centres for medical reports.
• Perform QC check and upload reports.
• Resolve queries from HO within TAT.
• Ensure monthly TAT targets are met.
• Escort HNI customers when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Call Centre, QC, Billing, Branches).
• Handle customer & diagnostic centre queries effectively.

Key Accountabilities

• Timely appointment scheduling & rescheduling.
• Accurate system updates.
• On-time report collection & upload.
• Adherence to QC standards.
• Closure of queries within TAT.
• Skills & QualificationsGraduate/Post Graduate with 6 months–1 year experience (Insurance/TPA preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Life Insurance operations.
• Good MS Office skills.
