Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager - Inside Sales to manage and grow our key business accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for building lasting client relationships. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, and helping to shape the future direction of our business.


KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive retention and growth.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue goals.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions from the company's offerings.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.

 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: 

  • 5 to 8 years of experience Sales with a proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage with HR, Admin and decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyse data and metrics to optimise sales strategies.
