🏆 Hamza Express — New Multi-Cuisine QSR Opening!

📍 Shivajinagar, Bangalore

Hamza Hotel Group (Since 1918) launching new restaurant. Looking for experienced Kitchen Supervisors to own full shift operations.

💰 SALARY: ₹22,000 - ₹30,000/month + Incentives

🕐 SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Day (11 AM - 10 PM) OR Night (10 PM - 6 AM)

YOUR ROLE:

You will be stationed at Kitchen Pass — the command center of the restaurant. From here you will control entire shift operations including kitchen output, order assembly, and delivery dispatch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Own full shift operations — kitchen + dispatch + floor
2. Monitor all kitchen stations via KDS (10+ screens)
3. Punch & manage Swiggy/Zomato orders
4. Coordinate order assembly for delivery
5. Quality check every order before dispatch
6. Handle delivery partner coordination
7. Supervise kitchen staff, packers & runners

MUST HAVE:

1. 3+ years as Kitchen Supervisor in busy restaurant
2. Multi-cuisine kitchen experience (Indian, Chinese, Biryani)
3. Swiggy/Zomato order handling experience
4. KDS/POS system familiarity
5. Able to work Day OR Night shifts
6. Hindi/Kannada speaking

Empire, Meghana, Paradise, Behrouz, Biryani By Kilo, Domino's, or similar high-volume restaurants
