L1 Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive L1 Support Engineer to support a blockchain-based Ecosystem Commerce platform built on Hyperledger and Ethereum. The role involves first-level technical and functional support to ensure smooth platform operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor website health, performance, and uptime
• Provide L1 support for website, payment, order, and user access issues
• Log, track, and escalate incidents using ticketing tools (ADO)
• Support product uploads, catalogue updates, and pricing corrections
• Coordinate with L2/L3, DevOps, and development teams
• Perform daily website checks and basic content updates
• Ensure SLA adherence and effective stakeholder communication

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6 months to 1 year experience in client-facing support roles
• Knowledge of website monitoring, incident management, and ticketing tools
• Basic understanding of payment gateways (Stripe), shipping (UPS), and insurance support
• Basic HTML/CSS and database query knowledge (PostgresSQL, MongoDB)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer support skills
