Laboratory Technician

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our hospital laboratory team. The candidate will be responsible for performing routine laboratory tests, draw the blood sample, handling specimens, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring quality and safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, etc.).
• Perform routine laboratory investigations (Hematology, Biochemistry, Serology, etc.).
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of test results.
• Follow infection control and biomedical waste management protocols.
• Maintain stock of laboratory reagents and supplies.
• Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding test results.
• Eligibility Criteria:DMLT / BMLT qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hospital laboratory (preferred).
• Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment handling.
• Basic computer knowledge.
