Laundry Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laundry Supervisor located in the Mara thalli/Whitefield area. The Laundry Supervisor will oversee daily laundry operations, including managing and assigning tasks to staff, ensuring the efficient and timely cleaning, drying, and folding of laundry, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Additional responsibilities include inventory management of linens and laundry supplies, inspecting equipment and facilities for maintenance needs, and ensuring staff compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to efficiently manage and lead the laundry team
• Expertise in Laundry Services, including handling, cleaning, and maintaining garments and linens
• Proficiency in handling Linens, ensuring their quality and proper maintenance
• Effective Communication skills to interact with the team and handle customer inquiries
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair of laundry equipment is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
