Job Description


Daikokuten IT Services is looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can manage and handle all lead-generation activities for our IT firm. The candidate will be responsible for finding potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales process. This is a performance-driven role suitable for someone who understands IT services and B2B outreach.

Key Responsibilities


Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, Upwork, and business directories


Generate qualified leads for website development, app development, SEO, and software services


Perform cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and regular follow-ups


Build and maintain lead databases, CRM entries, and tracking sheets


Identify and reach decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, CTOs)


Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and timeline


Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation reports


Schedule calls/meetings for the sales team or founder


Understand the company’s services and communicate them effectively


Work independently and deliver monthly lead targets
