Job Description

Lead Generation & Customer Coordination Executive (Work From Home)


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Customer Coordination Executive to manage customer enquiries provided by the company, connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and assign qualified leads to field executives. The role also involves maintaining accurate lead and follow-up data in Google Sheets. Candidates with knowledge or prior experience in electrical power backup solutions such as diesel generators, inverters, UPS systems, and related applications will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call new customers based on enquiries generated and provided by the company.
  • Understand customer requirements related to power backup needs.
  • Qualify leads by identifying customer profile, load requirement, application, and urgency.
  • Assign qualified leads to field executives for site visits and further closure.
  • Maintain and update daily lead status, follow-ups, and remarks in Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate between customers and field executives to ensure timely response.
  • Track pending, active, and closed enquiries systematically.
  • Share regular reports on leads, conversions, and follow-up status with management.
  • Attend monthly review meetings at the office.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation, telecalling, customer coordination, or inside sales.
  • Good communication skills in speaking with customers professionally and confidently.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel for data entry and tracking.
  • Basic to good understanding of electrical power backup solutions, including:

  • Diesel Generators
  • Inverters
  • UPS systems
  • Battery backup solutions
  • Ability to understand the difference between:

  • Residential, commercial, and industrial electrical loads
  • Running load vs starting load
  • Backup requirements based on customer usage
  • Suitable backup solutions for different customer needs
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Self-disciplined and capable of working independently from home.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in the DG set, inverter, UPS, electrical, or power backup industry.
  • Familiarity with customer requirement analysis for backup power systems.
  • Comfortable handling inbound enquiries and converting them into qualified opportunities.
